MEB Wins ‘Fleet renovation 2011’ Award as The Best Designing Bureau in Ukraine

Marine Engineering Bureau on March 23th 2012 won the nomination “Fleet renovation 2011” as the best designing bureau in Ukraine for its projects which have been used for building the vessels during the last year, according to the National Maritime Rate of Ukraine for 2011 made by “Ports of Ukraine” publishing house.

In total 27 new vessels were built and 8 ones re-equipped in accordance with the MEB designs during 2011.Summarized deadweight of vessels put into operation is of 171000 tons

There were 16 dry-cargo vessels built, 4 tankers, 2 livestock carriers, 2 multipurpose salvage vessels, 2 sea self-propelled roll-on roll-off barges and multipurpose buoy craft vessel.
