Nigerian LNG Cargo Heads to Europe

Nigeria’s Bonny LNG terminal shipped a cargo of liquefied natural gas on Saturday to Europe, according to shipping data.

The cargo is being hauled by the LNG Port Harcourt, a 122,000 m3 cubic-meter tanker, and it is due to arrive in Europe on March 5.

Bonny terminal has an overall capacity of some 22 million tonnes a year of LNG and it accounts for approximately 11% of the world’s total LNG capacity.
