Niko Resources names Toronto Argonauts CEO as its director

Niko Resources, an India and South East Asia focused oil and gas exploration and production company, has appointed Christopher H. Rudge as a director of the company.
Niko Resources has also announced that Joshua Sigmon has resigned as a director of the company.
Rudge currently serves as executive chairman and CEO for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League. Following a business career in the printing industry, Rudge served as CEO of the Canadian Olympic Committee for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The company noted that Rudge will be nominated for election as a director of the company at its upcoming shareholder meeting scheduled for September 30, 2015.
