Norway: Bergen Group Bags Offshore Crane Construction Contracts Worth USD $6.7 Million

Bergen Group Dreggen been awarded contracts for the production of a total of six cranes with a total value of NOK 40 million (USD $ 6.7 Million). Deliveries will be carried out during the period 4 quarter 2011 to 2nd quarter of 2013.

The contracts are with customers in Korea, Singapore and Holland. The contracts confirms Bergen Group Dreggen its strong international position in the offshore cranes and special cranes construction.

Contract in Korea include the delivery of two offshore deck cranes for mounting on a pipe laying vessel. The order value is NOK 24 million, with delivery to be completed by the end of the 1st quarter of 2012.

The contract covers deliveries in the Netherlands of an offshore crane and a crane provisions for mounting on the vessel to the Dutch Navy. The order value is NOK 10 million, with delivery to be completed by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2013.

Contract in Singapore include the provision of two deck cranes for delivery by the end of the 4th quarter of 2011.
