Norway: Contract Extension for ‘Safe Scandinavia’

BP Norge AS has exercised the first of two remaining one-month options, thereby extending Safe Scandinavia’s operations at Valhall until 30th November 2012.

The value of the exercised option is approximately USD 9 million.

Prosafe is the world’s leading owner and operator of semi-submersible accommodation/service rigs. Operating profit reached USD 192.3 million in 2011.
