Gunvor Ulstein Receives Tekna’s Gold Medal

Gunvor Ulstein, CEO of Ulstein Group, was awarded Tekna’s Gold Medal on 15 June. The Medal is given as an honour and encouragement to Norwegian managers or companies for outstanding efforts in creating new opportunities for Norwegian technologists, both in Norway and internationally. The Medal was last awarded in 2008.

Gunvor Ulstein thanked by sharing the honour with all employees in ULSTEIN:

Together with all our talented employees, we have developed ULSTEIN into today’s company. To continue this positive development, it is very important that we work well with all actors in the cluster, so that Norway will stand out as an attractive country, also in the years to come.

Tekna (Technical and Scientific Association) is a trade union where the members have a master education in technology and natural sciences. Tekna is the largest trade union in the Academics, which is Norway’s largest employee organization for people with long educations.
