Norway: PGS Announces Vessel Allocation Q4 2010

Petroleum Geo-Services ASA (‘PGS’ or the ‘Company’) routinely releases information about 3D vessel utilization around the end of each quarter.

Summary of vessel utilization:


The vessel statistics for the fourth quarter 2010 includes the new vessel PGS Apollo (Image), which started seismic acquisition mid May 2010. The fourth quarter 2010 vessel statistics excludes Orient Explorer, which was returned to the vessel owner as the charter expired by year-end 2009.

PGS will release its Q4 2010 financial results on Thursday February17, 2011, at approximately 7:00 am Central European Time (CET), with a corresponding presentation and webcast scheduled for 8:00 am CET.
