Odfjell Gas Inks Pool Deal with Lauritzen Kosan

Odfjell Gas AS, an LPG/ethylene joint venture between Odfjell SE and affiliates of Breakwater Capital and Oak Hill Advisors, has entered into an agreement with Lauritzen Kosan AS, placing its existing two LPG/Ethylene carriers, Bow Guardian and Bow Gallant, on commercial management with similar size tonnage operated by Lauritzen Kosan.

Odfjell said that as of completion of the present programme, Lauritzen Kosan will assume the commercial and operational responsibility for Bow Guardian and Bow Gallant.

The two carriers will enter the Lauritzen Kosan 8-9000 cbm pool, presently counting eleven ships, out of which three vessels are sister ships to Bow Guardian and Bow Gallant.
