Osaka Gas Sales Climb in March

Total gas sales volume by Japan’s Osaka Gas for the month of March totaled 854 million cubic meters, up by 3.3% from the previous year.

In the residential sector, the gas sales volume increased by 1.6% from the previous year due to lower temperatures in March which caused increase of heating demand, while in the industrial sector, the gas sales volume also increased by 2.5% 4.8% from the previous year due to longer meter reading schedules .
