Peru LNG cargo heading for Mexico

The latest liquefied natural gas cargo to be loaded at the Peru LNG export terminal has been dispatched to Mexico.

The 173,600 cbm Castillo de Santisteban departed from the country’s only liquefaction facility on February 22, according to Perupetro.

The vessel is probably heading to the Manzanillo terminal, even tough the state-owned Perupetro did not provide the exact destination of the vessel in its LNG shipment data.

This represents the 257 shipment of LNG from the liquefaction terminal since its startup in June of 2010.
