Data from the state-owned Perupetro shows that both cargoes landed in Asia, with South Korea and Japan grabbing one each.

In terms of volumes, the plant dispatched 333,140 cubic meters of the chilled fuel, which is 58.3 percent below 798,894 cubic meters exported in June 2018 when the facility dispatched 5 cargoes.

With the two cargoes dispatched during past month, the facility’s total rose to 522 since it started operations in June 2010.

The 4.45 million tons per year gas liquefaction plant is located 170 kilometers south of Lima and receives gas via a 408-kilometer pipeline built across the Andes.
