Petrobras Charters Siem Carrier PSV

Norway’s offshore support vessels owner Siem Offshore and Brazil’s state-run oil company Petrobras have entered into a charter agreement.

The contract is for the PSV “Siem Carrier” for a firm period of four years and Petrobras has an option to extend the charter for four additional years.

The gross contract value for the firm period is approximately USD 50 million. The vessel shall commence operations in Brazil between 1st of August 2013 and 13th of June 2014.
