Picture of the Day: Clean Force LNG tanker

The 149,700 cbm Clean Force LNG carrier, owned by Dynagas, is currently docked at the QCLNG jetty off Gladstone, Australia.

BG Group, the operator of the QCLNG project, has a charter contract with Dynagas for the 2008 built vessel which expires in July this year.

Dynagas last year signed a 13-year time-charter contract with Gazprom Marketing & Trading Singapore for the Clean Force, which will begin from the expiration date of the current time-charter with BG.

The LNG carrier is expected to be renamed Amur River prior to its delivery to Gazprom.
