Picture of the day: Q-Flex Al Hamla undergoes inspection

The Q-Flex liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier Al Hamla has recently visited the Bin Jaber Al Jalahma shipyard located in Qatar’s Port of Ras Laffan.

The 216,000-cbm LNG vessel was there for “routine inspections and maintenance,” according to Qatari LNG shipping giant Nakilat.

Nakilat owns 50.1 percent in the LNG tanker while OSG Ship Management owns the rest.

The vessel was built by the South Korean shipbuilder Samsung Heavy Industries in 2008.

According to the data provided VesselsValue, the vessel was moored at the Bin Jaber Al Jalahma shipyard on March 6.
