Police Takes Action Against Illegal Sand Dredging (India)

In a raid conducted in Kulvanu village under Ghagga Police station on Wednesday night, police arrested seven people for illegal sand dredging.

Police also recovered a JCB machine and two trucks used to carry the sand.

“The investigation is under process. Farm owner Raghuvir will be arrested soon,” said Ranveer Singh, station house officer, Ghagga police station.
