Portugal expecting Hammerfest LNG cargo

Portugal’s Port of Sines is scheduled to receive a shipment of LNG on December 27.

The 160,000 cbm capacity Golar Seal is carrying the load from Statoil’s Hammerfest LNG facility, according to the port data.

The Sines terminal is held by REN Atlântico and has a nominal send out capacity of 600,000 cubic meters per hour (5.26 bcm per year), with a peak capacity of 900,000 cubic meters per hour.
