Rigmar Group Adds New Staff

Rigmar Group, comprising Rigmar Services and Interocean Marine Services, has recently expanded its engineering department with the addition of naval architects and project engineers to meet demand following several contract awards.

Kiran Chandrasekharan has joined Interocean as senior naval architect with experience in permanent mooring design and analysis. Gabriela Enache and Andrew Munro have also joined the team as naval architect and project engineer respectively.

In addition, Interocean’s survey and positioning division, which has now been operating for two years, has welcomed senior survey engineer, David Stephen.

The business development team has also been strengthened with the addition of Luigi Napolitano and Harry Waters. Napolitano is a chartered engineer (naval architect) with knowledge in marine operations, deepwater installations, inspection and integrity management, and over eight years experience in the oil and gas Industry.

Waters will specialise in shipyard services in his new role with the company. He started his career in the British Royal Navy working as a marine engineer in the submarine service for 22 years. He has since worked as a project manager in the oil and gas industry, providing technical and operational support to rig owners, and has experience in marine engineering and is also a qualified subsea supervisor.
