Rocksource: CEO steps down, CFO contract ends

Rocksource ASA and its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Terje Arnesen have mutually agreed that  Arnesen will step down as CEO with effect from June 1, 2015, Rocksource said. 

The company has also agreed with Hans Petter Klohs that the services provided under the consultancy agreement for the CFO position will end as of August 31, 2015.

“The Board of Directors will commend Arnesen and Klohs for their dedicated commitment to the company and for the valuable contributions to the development of the company through a period with a very high activity level. The Board very much appreciate the constructive and fruitful co- operation throughout this period,” Rocksource said in the press release.

The company also said that, until further notice, the Chairman of the Board will handle the responsibilities of the CEO position.
