Rosmorport, Sberbank of Russia Pen Cooperation Deal

At the XVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum opened in St. Petersburg on May 22, 2014 FSUE “Rosmorport” and OJSC “Sberbank of Russia” signed an agreement on the priority areas of cooperation and collaboration for the new projects.

The document was signed by Andrey Tarasenko, General Director of Rosmorport, and Maxim Poletaev, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of OJSC “Sberbank of Russia”.

“The agreement confirms the mutual interest of the companies in developing and strengthening cooperation in the areas of financing the activities of FSUE “Rosmorport”, providing a full range of banking services, as well as increasing operating efficiency and implementing modern banking technologies for managing financial resources,” as explained by Rosmorport.

The parties expressed certainty that the realization of the agreement will contribute to improving the economic performance of the enterprise and facilitate further development of the marine transport infrastructure of the Russian Federation.
