Russia: Ark’s New Pontoon Launched at Lotos Shipyard

The launch of the second pontoon, from the series of three project GRPN.360 pontoons under fabrication at the yard, based on the leasing model, was conducted at the shipbuilding yard Lotos, Russia (JSC Lotos).

The customer of pontoons is the leasing company CJSC Gosznak-leasing, the lessee and the ship-owner will be Shipping Company Ark, LLC. The vessel’s name is ARK-11.

The managers of the Lotos yard, representatives of the leasing company and the client, together with the members of the trade union of Astrakhan shipbuilders partook in the ceremony, celebrating the launch of the vessel.
