Samsung scores LNG tanker order
Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) said it has secured an order for three new LNG carriers worth USD 620 million.
The 174,000-cbm vessels have been ordered by an unnamed Asian company and will be delivered by 2018.
The vessels will have dual-fuel engines to increase efficiency and reduce emissions, according to a statement by Samsung.
