SeaBird Gets LoI for South America Seismic Shoot

SeaBird Exploration has signed a letter of intent (LoI) for an upcoming 2D seismic survey in South America.

The project is estimated to start in the first half of the third quarter and will have a duration of approximately two and a half months.

SeaBird will be using the Northern Explorer to collect the 2D seismic data in South America.

The M/V Northern Explorer joined SeaBird’s fleet in 2005.

The vessel, with a length of 76.0 meters and a beam of 14 meters, is equipped with diesel electric propulsion and is designed for operation worldwide.

SeaBird did not disclose the name of the client nor the value of the project.
