DONG Energy E&P has hired the self-propelled jack-up Seafox 5 to service their operation at the Hejre field, off the coast of Denmark. The Seafox 5 will start this project straight after the assignment for Maersk Oil where it currently operates, also in Danish waters.

Furthermore, GDF SUEZ E&P UK has contracted Seafox for hook up support at the Juliet and Cygnus fields, both in the Southern North Sea. Existing customers added Seafox units to their program for the coming period of time providing asset integrity and regular O&M services.

Also, in renewables, the Seafox 7 will continue it operation for Siemens AG  in the German Bight, at the Helwin HVDC platform. Seafox said that the extended contract is in line with Seafox’ dedication to render offshore support in the renewable industry.

Keesjan Cordia, Managing Director of Seafox Contractors B.V said, “The recent awards underwrite the confidence our clients have in our ability to provide safe and efficient solutions. The wide range of services and clients have provided a solid base to continue the current course and strategy of our company”.
