    Superyacht Times brings my attention to another fabulous yacht up for sale. The 241-foot Salem yacht began in 1963 as the Dutch weather ship, Cumulus. The yacht went through a major refit in 1998 at the Devonport shipyard in the United Kingdom and was turned into a luxury cruising yacht.

    The subsea service specialist Dof Subsea cancels one of three ROV vessels (Remote Operated Vehicle) under construction at Tebma Shipyard, India. The vessel’s price tag is USD 45–50 million. ”The vessel was scheduled for delivery in March 2010, but is delayed and will by no chance be delivered in time.”

    On July 6th 2007, Transas signed a contract with the Krasnoe Sormovo shipyard (MNP Group) to supply navigational equipment for the RST22 tanker series. Turkish shipping company Palmali Shipping is the project’s customer. Several Palmali Shipping vessels have already been equipped with Transas systems.
