South Hook to get more Qatari LNG

The UK’s South Hook import terminal will get another cargo of LNG from Qatar on July 28, port data reveals.

Cargo is being shipped to the facility that can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG a year onboard the 266,000 cbm Al Mafyar. This will be the third shipment from Ras Laffan to South Hook in the next seven days.

Qatar Petroleum owns 67.5 per cent of South Hook LNG Terminal Co, Exxon Mobil 24.15 percent and Total owns the rest.
