Spain: HAM opens Extramadura LNG fueling station

Spanish LNG services provider HAM opened the first liquefied natural gas (LNG) compressed natural gas (CNG) station in Extramadura, Merida.
HAM said the facility will enable natural gas fueling to vehicles that make the route between Madrid and Lisbon, Portugal.
Initially, HAM installed an LNG mobile unit and now the fixed facility has been opened. It features a double compressed natural gas (CNG) pump, for light vehicles and trucks, and a double liquefied natural gas (LNG) pump for trucks.
With the opening of the first gas station in Extremadura, in Mérida, HAM currently has 30 stations in the national territory and the rest of Europe.
