Texo said on Monday that Andy Kay was named the managing director while engineering director Garry Kennie and operations director James Allan were joined by David Stark, James Russell, and Andy Lovell.

Stark assumes the position of construction director, James Russell was appointed as equipment director, and Andy Lovell joined as sales director. The latter two will be based at Texo’s new Port of Blyth facility to spearhead the group’s renewable energy and equipment supply strategy.

Regarding the appointments, Andy Kay said: “I am delighted to welcome Dave, James, and Andy to the company. […] having an office in the northeast of England now, helps us immensely in servicing the engineering needs of our clients in the region.”

The new office will service the needs of Texo’s client base, focusing on back-of-deck and mechanical equipment projects, as well as supporting the needs of the offshore wind sector.

The company added that the company already won and completed several high-value engineering projects and will announce a number of new contract wins soon.
