The Netherlands Falck Nutec Launches Facilities for Wind Farm Safety Training.

On Friday April 26th 2013 Falck Nutec in the Netherlands will officially launch state-of-the-art facilities for wind farm safety training.

To celebrate adding these wind “It is very important to have such advanced wind training facilities within the Rotterdam Harbour area. On- and offshore workers from all over the world can be trained in a realistic and safe manner within all kinds of weather conditions. I’ am very proud that Rotterdam is the first place in the Netherlands with facilities like this according to the standards of the Global Wind Organization”, says Alderman Baljeu.

Following Esbjerg (Denmark), Teesside (England) and Bremerhaven (Germany) Falck Nutec will also be present in the Netherlands to fit the safety training needs of clients working within the wind energy sector (on- & offshore). Falck Nutec is the first safety training provider in the Netherlands who can offer a high quality training program for the Program:on Friday April 26th, 2013.

Their wind turbine training courses are suitable for all personnel working across a range of stages in the development of a wind farm: from onshore construction to site survey, installation, commissioning, operations & maintenance and safe decommissioning of wind projects. They will offer all five GWO modules of the Basic Safety Training standard.
