1. Vard to Construct Four PLSVs for Technip and DOF

The joint venture formed by Technip (50%) and DOF (50%) was awarded by Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras) eight contracts.

2. First Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Joins Modus’ Subsea Fleet

Modus Seabed Intervention, the leading subsea engineering and specialist Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) service provider, has taken delivery of its first Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) as the company expands its technology-led subsea capabilities.

3. Bluestream Secures ROV Maintenance Contract

Bluestream Offshore B.V. has recently been awarded a maintenance contract from Rijkswaterstaat Dienst Noordzee through tender process.

4. IHC Merwede to Build Six Pipelaying Vessels Worth Over EUR 1 Bln

IHC Merwede’s Offshore division has been successful in securing orders worth over €1 billion for the design, engineering and construction of a total of six pipelaying vessels. The agreements for these six ships have been signed with Subsea 7 and Seabras Sapura, the partnership between SapuraKencana and Seadrill.

5. DOF Subsea Takes Delivery of Multipurpose Construction Vessel Harvey Deep-Sea

DOF Subsea USA has taken delivery of the new build DPII Multipurpose Construction Vessel – Harvey Deep-Sea under a 4-year long term charter agreement with Harvey Gulf International Marine.
