U.A.E: Unique Maritime Group Delivers Echoscope 3D Sonars to DI-MEDCO

Unique Maritime Group, one of the world’s leading integrated turnkey subsea and offshore solution providers announce that they have recently delivered two Echoscope 3D Sonars to DI-MEDCO, a joint venture between Dredging International and Middle East Dredging Company for the planned shore protection and harbour construction works of two artificial islands.

The Echoscope, produced by CodaOctopus Products, is a unique sonar capable of producing real-time 3D imagery, enabling the operators of visualise underwater activity in 3D even in zero visibility conditions. This latest delivery adds to Dredging International’s existing pool of Echoscope systems, further enabling them to increase the efficiency of their operations.

Gareth Simpson, Sales Manager for CodaOctopus Products, said “We are delighted that Dredging International have decided to expand their pool of Echoscope systems; we’re also very pleased that Unique Maritime Group have invested in training for their personnel, allowing them to offer excellent support services in the region.”
