UK: small-scale LNG shipment for Teesport

The UK’s Teesport liquefied natural gas terminal received a cargo onboard the small-scale LNG tanker Coral Methane.

The 7,500 cbm vessel, docked at Excelerate Energy’s Teesport terminal on September 27, carrying a cargo from Sweden, and departed yesterday, shipping data reveals.

According to Excelerate Energy, Teesport LNG terminal is the world’s first dockside floating regasification facility. It  incorporates a jetty-mounted articulated gas-offloading arm and utilizes Excelerate’s Bridge floating regasification technology.
