USA Xodus to Enhance HWCG's Deepwater Containment Response Systems Capabilities

Xodus Group (Xodus) announced that it was awarded and is well into a Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) contract by HWCG LLC to enhance the consortium’s deepwater containment response systems’ capabilities.

Xodus’ scope of services includes conceptual definition through to engineering design of the subsea facilities and pipelines.

“We are delighted that the members of the largest oil and gas consortium in the Gulf of Mexico have put their trust in Xodus Group,” said Lawrence Lambon, Xodus’ Houston Operations Director. “We look forward to collaborating with HWCG members for this important initiative.”

“Xodus Group’s ability to integrate their multi-discipline resources with ours to solve the complex issues for this project is what set them apart,” said HWCG Managing Director Dave Coatney. “Their embracement of a collaborative approach to achieve complex engineering solutions compliments HWCG’s practice of leveraging diverse oil and gas deep-water experience in meeting the requirements of all 24 members of our consortium.”
