Ikenwilo brings extensive experience to the role, having spent six years with Shell as a well integrity focal point, before moving to Talisman to work as a well integrity engineer.

“It’s fantastic to have Ogo on board,” says Dr Liane Smith, Founder and Managing Director of Wood Group Intetech. “Her in-depth sector knowledge and impressive operator experience make her a valuable addition to the team, and we believe Ogo will be instrumental in delivering our new and established solutions to a market she knows inside out.”

Ikenwilo is WG Intetech’s third senior hire this quarter as the company’s strategy to drive growth by strengthening its global management team continues apace.

“Making the move from operator to service company presents an exciting opportunity to use my existing network in an entirely new way,” says Ogo Ikenwilo, Regional Well Integrity Manager – North Sea, Wood Group Intetech. “It was Dr Liane Smith’s compelling leadership style that attracted me to the role. With the company looking to double its headcount within the next year, this is a truly exciting time to be joining Wood Group Intetech.”
