World Offshore Accident Databank Releases Update

WOAD, the world’s leading repository of offshore accident information, has released the latest update of the worldwide offshore accident databank, by adding over 300 new accident records and thus, bringing the dataset up to the Hercules 265 blowout on 23rd July 2013.
