Hyundai Mipo Lands LPG Vessels Order from EXMAR

EXMAR has placed an order at Hyundai Mipo shipyard of up to 8 LPG-vessels of 38,000 m³ capacity. The vessels deliveries will start from the First Quarter of 2014.

– Ballast water treatment system to minimize transfer of harmful aquatic organisms.

– Funnel design facilitating the installation of a scrubber that reduces sulphur air emissions.

– Engine room and deck design ready for LNG or LPG as fuel with inherent reductions in CO 2, SO x and NO x air emissions.
