DOF Subsea Takes Over Canadian Subsea Shipping Company

Norwegian company DOF Subsea said it has purchased the remaining shares in Canadian Subsea Shipping Company (CSSC).

Before the transaction, the subsidiary of DOF Group, owned 45 percent of the shares in the CSSC.

Canadian Subsea Shipping Company has a newbuild vessel under construction at Vard Group in Norway, which according to its annual report, at December 31, 2016, also owned 45 percent of the company.
