Another LNG Tanker Scheduled at South Hook This Week

The Al Ghuwairiya LNG carrier, with a capacity of 263,000 cubic metres, is due to arrive in the UK’s South Hook terminal from Qatar on June 1, port data reveals. 

This represents the fourth LNG carrier that will dock at the import terminal this week.

The South Hook terminal can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG a year and is capable of delivering 21 billion cubic metres of gas a year into the UK’s national transmission system.
