Another Qatari LNG cargo for UK’s South Hook

The Al Khattiya LNG carrier, with a capacity of 210,000 cubic metres, is due to arrive in the UK’s South Hook terminal from Qatar on February 9.

This is the second LNG tanker that will dock at the import terminal in Milford Haven in the next seven days.

The beginning of 2015 was quite busy for UK’s largest LNG terminal which can provide the country with up to 20% of its natural gas requirements.

Qatar Petroleum owns 67.5 per cent of South Hook LNG Terminal Co, Exxon Mobil 24.15 per cent and Total owns the rest.
