Aquaterra said on Thursday that the new office in Perth, Australia, was opened to expand the company’s presence in the Australasia region.

According to the company, the premises will initially focus on riser analysis and system engineering, with a view to future local growth.

James Larnder, managing director at Aquaterra, said: “We’ve made significant progress in the Australasia region and this office launch cements our commitment to current and future projects in the region. As a company, we’ve never stood still and continually strive to grow our business and develop and deliver the early drilling services our clients need for success.”

The company already has strong local links with its partner R&D Solutions. By establishing its presence, Aquaterra said it will improve client service and solidify local supply chain partnerships.

The office will open at the end of May 2019 and provide full Aquaterra product and service offering.
