Australia: Neptune Marine’s Director Retires

Neptune Marine Services Ltd notes that effective from today, due to an increased workload in his private investments and commitments, Mr Rob Scott has announced his retirement from the board of Neptune.

Neptune’s Chairman Mr Ross Kennan stated, “We are all very grateful for Rob’s significant contribution to Neptune since joining as a director of the Company in May 2007. During that period Rob put in extensive time, energy and expertise both in the strategic direction of the Company and as Chairman of its Audit Committee. We would like to wish Rob all the very best and success with his future endeavours.”
