Baker Botts represents underwriters in Hoegh LNG IPO

Baker Botts said it has represented underwriters in a $221 million IPO of Höegh LNG Partners.

Höegh LNG Partners, a Marshall Islands limited partnership formed by Höegh LNG, completed on Wednesday its initial public offering of 11,040,000 common units representing limited liability company interests (including 1,040,000 common units sold pursuant to the underwriters’ option to purchase additional units) at $20.00 per unit.

Citigroup Global Markets, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Morgan Stanley & Co, Barclays Capital and UBS Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. DNB Markets, Credit Agricole Securities (USA) and RS Platou Markets acted as co-managers.
