Bechtel: Tank Makes a Move to Curtis Island (VIDEO)

Gladstone Pressure Welders is one of many local Gladstone businesses working to deliver to the Curtis Island LNG projects.

This tank is one of eight, fabricated locally in Gladstone and shipped to the island.

The construction of the tanks represent months of fabrication and planning, with the added challenge of transporting the 10m diameter and 16 metre high tank through the back streets of the town to the wharf.
