BR Industrier Acquires AGR Well Services and Cleanup (Norway)

AGR Group ASA has signed an agreement whereby BR Industrier AS, acquires 100% of the shares in AGR Well Services AS and AGR Cleanup AS in a combined transaction.

The companies are a part of AGR’s Tools & Technology division. The purchase price for the two companies is MNOK 43,2.

The transaction will be completed in February, following mandatory approval by The Norwegian Ministry of Commercial Affairs.
