Remote survey operations are based in C-Innovation’s headquarters in Mandeville, Louisiana, and conducted by internal division C-Survey.

According to the company, this type of survey service enables 24/7 operations without personnel being onboard the vessel, eliminating associated travel time and expenses, offshore health and safety exposure, and the need for COVID-19 related quarantines.

“We are very excited to begin offering remote survey services to our clients and look forward to the continued growth of remote survey capabilities throughout the industry,” said Tim Bingham, survey manager at C-Innovation.

Earlier this year, C-Innovation secured a one-year contract extension with BP for riserless light well intervention (RLWI) in the Gulf of Mexico.

The company is in charge of supplying and completing all project management and engineering to provide a complete RLWI system.
