Cheniere adds CEO Fusco to the board

Houston-based LNG player, Cheniere Energy on Monday informed it has named the company’s new president and CEO Jack A. Fusco as a member of the board. 

During the company’s annual shareholders meeting held on June 2, all ten members standing for re-election to the board of directors have been voted for.

Cheniere said in its statement the board members are, G. Andrea Botta, Neal A. Shear, Vicky A. Bailey, Nuno Brandolini, Jonathan Christodoro, David I. Foley, David B. Kilpatrick, Samuel Merksamer, Donald F. Robillard, Jr., and Heather R. Zichal.

Each director has been granted a one-year term until the 2017 annual meeting of shareholders or until a successor is elected or qualified.

Newly elected member of the board, Jack A. Fusco has been named the company’s president and CEO on May 12 replacing Neal A. Shear, who served as Cheniere’s interim president and CEO since December 2015, when the company replaced Charif Souki.
