Jiangsu Zhenjiang Delivers MV 'Berjaya'

Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard delivered M/V BERJAYA, the first unit from the lot of 78m offshore standby support vessels, to Singapore FEG Energy Co., Ltd on 23rd of August 2013.

The vessel meets the class notion requirements of +A1 (E), Safety Standby Service GR B (300), Fire Fighting Vessel Class 1, Offshore Support Vessel, +AMS, +DPS-2 and BWT from ABS and the new standard of PSPC and SPS2008. With a passenger volume of 200 people and a rescue capacity of 300 people, it features a total watt of 5320kw and a DP-2 system for positioning. The vessel is propelled by a main ASD propulsion.

Integrated with the functions of supply, safety standby, fire fighting and offshore rescue, the highly-demanded vessel is an advanced model among the products of the same kind.

Mr. Chen Rixin, general manager of FEG Energy Co., Ltd, Mr. Frankiee Lee, maintenance manager of ASET Marine Company and Ms He Yujia, project manager of CIESCO attended the signing ceremony at Zhenjiang Shipyard.
