RSHI Holds Welcoming Ceremony for 160 University Graduates

More than 160 university graduates have just joined Jiangsu Rongsheng this year. On 24 July, the Company held a special welcoming ceremony for those university graduates. These newcomers are now undergoing a half-month military training, they will then turn to a one-and-half month work-shift period for and a 9-month internship.

These sufficient amounts of “new blood” are ready to face challenges ahead and strive for an even brighter future of Jiangsu Rongsheng.

Within six years, Jiangsu Rongsheng has grown as the largest non-stated owned shipbuilding corporation in China. A comprehensive plan for talent nurturing is essential for long-term organic growth for the Company. After granting scholarships to whom are listed as outstanding groups or students by Harbin Engineering University on 27 June, the Company is now providing a thorough pre-service training program to the newcomers. Under the meticulous talent nurturing structure of Jiangsu Rongsheng, they could find their best-fit positions with reference to experience and expertise and characteristics.

More than providing a designated training, the Company also believes corporates should have a duty of care to the employees and trainees. Jiangsu Rongsheng CPC Committee, Labour Union and Communist Youth League have gathered to join a 6-day visit to the newcomers training base. They would like to help the newcomers building up a sense of belongings, especially to those leave their hometown for living, while also encouraging them to better integrate into working environment.
