China: ZPMC Signs Its Largest Hull Fabrication Contract Ever

Recently, ZPMC has signed a supply contract for 128 iron ore barges with Brazil’s HDB (Hidrovias Do Brasil). This is the largest hull fabrication contract the company has ever signed.

Under the contract, ZPMC will provide services including iron ore barge design and fabrication, as well as transport, unloading and delivery. These barges will be primarily used in the 25-year transport operations on which HDB has struck a deal with Vale.

The signing of the contract fully shows the customer’s trust in and favor of ZPMC’s products, its tremendous fabrication strength and the strong ocean shipping capacity of its products.
