CNPC, Shell to Strengthen LNG Cooperation

CNPC Chairman Zhou Jiping and Shell CEO Ben van Beurden signed cooperation documents in Beijing on Tuesday, CNPC said in a statement.

The two companies plan to strengthen long-term worldwide cooperation in unconventional resources, deep water, LNG, and upstream and downstream businesses.

“Both agree to take soft power as an integral part in various fields of cooperation, and to promote the strategic partnership between the two sides to a higher level,” CNPC added.
