COSCO’s $120 Mln Contracts Declared Effective

Singapore-based COSCO Corporation Limited said that four option contracts awarded by a local company to COSCO Shipyard Co. in Guandong for the construction of four platform supply vessels have been declared effective.

The vessels are scheduled for delivery from  the second quarter of 2016 to the first quarter of 2017.

The shipowner has also secured options for two additional platform supply vessels of this type.

The contracts for four  platform supply vessels have a total contract value of approximately USD 120 million.
